All our items will be insured against damages and loss when shipped out to you, and all ownership will pass to you once we hand the parcel over to the shipping carrier. If the item is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist you by providing all necessary documents to the shipping carrier so that your insurance claim is processed. Any refunds will only be issued to you once the shipping carrier successfully reimburses the original insurance claim.

As we deal primarily in out of production airsoft guns, many of them have been lightly used at some point. We have done our best to fairly describe the condition of the items we offer so some cosmetic imperfections and/or light soiling from storage should be expected. This often applies even to our guns which are listed as brand new as in many cases they are still several years old and have often been displayed in a shop window, so some storage wear and minor handling marks should also be expected. As such, we offer no warranties, and all items are sold as-is. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

While we test each and every gun before we send them out and package our items well, occasionally a customer does have a problem getting a gun to run. 99% of the time this is due to operator error and we are happy to assist you in getting the gun running properly, but in the remaining cases we reserve the right to be held harmless in the event of malfunction, jams, leaks, lack of lubrication, loose parts, damage, or any other unwanted conditions.

We are happy to accept a deposit to hold an item or items for you until the balance can be paid in full. As our items are typically one-of-a-kind, we will turn away inquiries from other interested parties to purchase the same item after your deposit is received. Because of this, please understand that deposits are non-refundable even in the event of order cancellation.

By purchasing our items you accept these terms and agree not to file a credit card chargeback or pursue a PayPal “significantly not as described” claim to circumvent this agreement.
